1. After loading MSM build, load device QCN, place in airplane mode before measurements.
2. Request for the PowerLift application from QCT side(A200_ANDROID_PowerLift_8660)
3. Double click on "install.bat" of the provided package to install PowerLift application
4. Reboot the device
5. Make sure Display Timeout is set to 30 minutes
6. Run graphics under e.g. Main menu > select PowerLift
7. Start power measurement
Note:
1. Graphic test case(QGC23) is measured with LCD/BL ON with default setting values. LCD/BL power contribution should be subtracted after power measurement
2. To verify the FPS of PowerLift, this can be seen from the PowerLift application UI

MSM7x30 3D Power Measurement Procedure
1. After loading the build, load the QCN for the phone and make sure phone is camped on network.
2. Install 3D application(PowerLift) using following adb command: (all files are in 2D_3D.zip)
- adb install PowerLift.apk
- adb shell mkdir /data/data/com.qualcomm.powerlift/files
- adb shell chmod 777 /data/data/com.qualcomm.powerlift/files
- adb push config.txt /data/data/com.qualcomm.powerlift/files
3. Set the screen timeout to "NEVER"
4. Plug in headset and Reset the phone
5. Skip this step if the regular FFA is used for measuring
- Make sure Class D configuration is enabled if Spartanized FFA is being used for measurements
a. Connect the USB
b. Run HeadsetConfig_7x30_DLegacy.bat script to configure Class D, make sure no error mssage
c. Playback MM file
d. Unplug USB
6. To start 3D application, on phone's main menu, go to Settings -> Press PowerLift icon
7. After graphic start display, do power measurement
8. LCD/BL needs to be on during measurement. After measurements, discount LCD\BL power consumption.
Notes: To check frame rate for 3D:
Check UI, the frame rate displayed on the screen of graphic at bottom left corner
