Set the timer as follows:

AT$QCPDPCFGE =<profile_id>,<enable/disable>,<timer_value>

"profile_id" is the context id of the PDP's defined using AT+CGDCONT COMMAND.
"enable/disable" can be 0 (enable) or 1 (disable).
"timer_value" is in the unit of seconds.
